If you can't. I'm sorry. Let me tell you about my Paleo Challenge.
As you would know. maybe. As you're a keen reader and keep up with all my posts *cough*.. I was going to do a Lent Challenge. Then I decided I'd do Paleo and thought ok 40 days without pasta and oatmeal is ridiculous. So I had thought that a 2 week challenge like my other ones would do....then I started it yesterday and thought 1 week's the maximum I can do.
I don't know why I'm just hungry all the time. Protein and veggies don't fill me up.
So what am I allowed to eat?
Meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts. Olive oil, coconut oil. In terms of baking pretty much just coconut flour and other nut flours like almond flour.
Some starchy root vegetables are off the list, like potatoes, god knows why. And peanuts. No potatoes, no peanuts, everything else yes.
There are some stuff that I'm meant to eat in moderation, like other starchy vegetables such as sweet potatoes. And limit my fruit intake because of the sugar content. No it's difficult enough.
It's tough so far, two days in, and I'm starving. Vegan and Gluten-Free were nothing. I miss my pasta. Wish me luck.
